After graduating with a degree in Economics from the Middle East Technical University in 1993, Mrs. Aytekin accumulated over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, working in various fields such as banking, leasing, factoring, and forfaiting. In 2017, she leveraged her extensive sectoral knowledge and network to found Karma Finance Yatırım ve Finans Danışmanlığı A.Ş. The company provides financial solutions to its domestic and international clients through its skilled professionals and partners. Mrs. Aytekin currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
After graduating from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 1985, he began his banking career as an Inspector at the Yapı Kredi Inspection Board in 1986. Over the next 10 years, he served as a Corporate Branch Manager and Credit Marketing Manager in various banks. He then worked as a referral agent and Türkiye Representative in CCCM/Hamburg, TD Securities/Canada, US Exim/America, and Mezra Forfaiting/London for 27 years. During this period, he provided long-term financing for various investment projects.
In 2021, he joined the Karma Finans family as a solution partner responsible for Corporate Finance Management. Mr. Ünlütürk designed the retail/corporate deposit account between 1989 and 1991. This financial instrument includes a credit line against surety, known as an Overdraft Account, KMH, Plus Account, Open Account, or Minus Account in the banking sector. He played a crucial role in introducing this account to the banking sector.
